Cancellations & No-Shows
We’re honored to care for you at Pausa Aesthetics. To protect the peaceful, personalized experience we’re known for, please review the following policies prior to booking.
At Pausa, your appointment is reserved just for you. We ask that you honor our time, as we do yours.
2 Day Notice of Cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 60% of the service total
1 Day Notice of Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service total
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total
Time Period Between Appointments
A 10-minute grace period is provided for each appointment
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and charged 75% of the service total
These policies are in place to respect the rhythm of the day and ensure every guest receives the full experience they deserve.
